Transforming Legal Aid Consultation Period Extended

CULL LEGAL AIDThe MOJ has now extended the period for consultation following clarifying a number of matters including the fact that certain figures included VAT and other expenses .

The deadline is now 1st November .

Essential to this is also a Survey into Duty Contracts by Andrew Otterburn and it is essential firms do respond this time to this if we are to obtain  the evidence to respond .

Moaning about the Law Society will not be enough to stop this only active participation will . So please respond to the consultation and the Otterburn Survey .
